Shipping Information

We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Free ground shipping included with any order (allow anywhere from 5-10 business days from date of shipping for delivery).

Next Day Delivery inside United States: $125.00
Two-Three Day Delivery inside United States: $100.00

Shipments Outside United States:

Shipments elsewhere may be made by special arrangement. Please contact us at sales@urnsforcremation.com so that we can provide you with shipping costs that may apply to you. For example, shipping charges to England via USPS would be approximately $105.00 for most urns.

Canadian Orders:

Shipments to Canada must add a $95.00 shipping charge and $100 customs deposit which is refundable. If shipping costs more, we will notify you by email and wait for your approval. Additional shipping charges will be billed separately through PayPal prior to shipping.

The $100 deposit will be refunded once shipper confirms that buyer has paid all duties and customs (usually 5-8 weeks).

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES AND CUSTOMS BUT SHIPPERS CHARGE US WHEN BUYER FAILS TO PAY. THUS, IT HAS NOW BECOME NECESSARY FOR US TO REQUIRE A DEPOSIT, REFUNDABLE WHEN SHIPPER NOTIFIES US THAT BUYER HAS COMPLIED WITH ITS RESPONSIBILITIES.
